Refunds and Exchanges

Luxe + Co Studio does not accept returns or exchanges on studiobox purchases.

Cancellations

Cancellations can take place 9am-4pm Monday to Friday. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled by contacting us at orders@luxecostudio.com

Depending on volume your order can take 2-3 business days for your order to ship from our studio.

Operating Hours

Our operating studio hours are from Monday to Fridays 9am to 4pm
Please dont hesitate to place your order over the weekends, but keep in mind your order will ship out 2-3 business days from the Monday. We will be in contact with you on Monday if we need further clarification on your order.

What if I need multiple concepts for my project?

At that point we can customize a complete concept for you based on your scope of work. Send us your inspo + thoughts, and contact us at orders@luxecostudio.com and we can guide you from there and create something special.

What if after I purchase a concept board and realize I would like the full service design?

You can contact us via email or by phone and we will schedule a consult to review the details of your project. From there we will deduct the amount for the material and finish selections from the total package amount.
